The Heil PR-22 SUT Dynamic Vocal Microphone is the same as the Heil PR-22 UT microphone, but with an added on/off switch built into the mic. The Heil PR-22 UT (Utility) is the award winning dynamic Heil PR-22 microphone. However, to help reduce the cost Heil has pared down the packaging options. Specifications and performance characteristics remain at the high level that the PR-22 brings, wide frequency range, the ability to handle +140 dB SPL and -35 dB of rear rejection that makes the PR-22 UT the answer for a wide range of professional applications. There's no cutting corners on the microphone here: open a PR-22 UT and you are getting a PR-22.
